PaxRent exists because the software we tried made routine property management harder than it had to be.
Why PaxRent exists
PaxRent started when a property owner tried the major property management platforms and kept finding the same things: manual data entry for HAP contracts, owners calling every week for statements, clunky payment portals for tenants, and prices hidden behind a sales call.
The question was simple. What if the software did the routine work, asked before anything consequential, and posted its price on the website?
Who builds it
PaxRent is founder-led. It is built by a property owner, and a launch-partner property manager in West Michigan runs their portfolio on it and tells us where it falls short. Features ship because they solve a problem someone has had on a real property.
To bring peace to property management through technology that works.
"Pax" is Latin for peace. Property management should give you room to grow your business, not keep you at a desk handling paperwork.

The per-unit price, what is included and every per-transaction cost are on the pricing page. You can sign up without talking to anyone.

Simple enough to use without a manual
If a screen needs a tutorial, we have not designed it right yet. Managers, owners, tenants and vendors each see only what they need.
