Upload to any entity
Attach documents to a property, unit, lease, or tenant. Drag and drop or select files. The system accepts PDFs, images, and common office formats. All files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2.
AI classifies the document
AI analyzes the uploaded file and suggests a category (lease, insurance, inspection, receipt, tax, maintenance, identity, pay stub, HAP contract, or photo). It also suggests which entity the document belongs to if you uploaded it from a general context. Accept or override with one click.
OCR extracts structured data
For supported document types, AI reads the content and extracts key fields. HAP contracts yield tenant name, contract dates, payment amounts, and housing authority details. Insurance certificates yield policy numbers, coverage amounts, and expiration dates. Each field includes a confidence score.
Set expiration dates and alerts
Insurance policies, vendor licenses, and compliance documents get an expiration date. The system sends notifications as the date approaches so you can request renewals before coverage lapses.
Share through portals
Toggle tenant visibility or owner visibility on any document. Tenants see shared documents in their portal under the Documents tab. Owners see them in the owner portal. Read-only access ensures nothing is modified.
Search and retrieve
Find any document by entity, category, filename, or date range. The document index page shows all files across your portfolio with filters for quick retrieval during audits, renewals, or disputes.
